Al Sawatzky
Al Sawatzky has been in the appliance and mattress sales business for 35 years, so he knows what he sells! Al and his wife Karen have been married for 34 years and live in Altona, Manitboa. Al is a homegrown boy, growing up in Halbstadt. They have a furry bundle of energy named Vinnie.
Al Sawatzky’s favourite part of the job is being able to interact with the customers. He likes to build trust with people so he can show them different appliance options, and then help them make the right decision for their appliance needs.
Mike Sawatzky
Mike Sawatzky started working for his Family owned Appliance business in 1993. He recalls learning many repair skills from his uncles and grandfather. He started with full time appliance service repairs on all appliances after the family purchased a furniture business. Mike has 27 years of experience servicing many brands of appliances in Altona and the surrounding areas in Manitoba. He loves to help solve customer appliance problems. Whether it’s over the phone to give appliance advice or in home service, deliveries, parts sales or instalment of a new appliance. His Dad taught him many areas of the Appliance industry and Mike is the guy to go to for sales as well. He can quickly figure out which new appliance you will need as he knows the ins and outs of so many appliance brands.
Mike Sawatzky has been married to his wife Kim for 27 years and together they have 3 wonderful children. In his spare time you can find Mike watching and playing hockey, going for a round of golf, biking, walking and being outside enjoying the Manitoba area. Family is most important to him as he is always willing to give a helping hand even if it’s not fixing an appliance!
